Sapphic Love Tarot Collection
Truth. Balance. Accountability. Consequence.
Justice is associated with Libra and represents fairness, clarity, responsibility and the consequences of our choices. It reminds us that every action carries weight and that sometimes the right decision isn't necessarily the easiest one. At its core, Justice is about balancing the scales, setting emotion aside and making firm but fair decisions. It's about seeing situations for what they truly are, without illusion, bias or the influence of what we wish could have been. The scales have been balanced. The decision has been made.
Its shadow side explores indecisiveness, dishonesty, blame-shifting, gaslighting and the refusal to take accountability. Justice reminds us that avoiding responsibility doesn't change the truth, and that our intentions don't erase the consequences of our actions.
Part of Sapphic Love, an original queer tarot-inspired art collection celebrating identity, connection, transformation and the beautifully complicated nature of being human.
The Artwork Inspired by traditional tattoo art, linocut illustration and classical tarot symbolism, Justice reimagines the traditional Lady Justice through a contemporary, unapologetically queer perspective.
A tattooed feminine figure sits between two towering columns, blindfolded and holding the scales of justice. Her confident posture represents strength, impartiality and the ability to make difficult decisions without being swayed by emotion.
A deep-red halo creates a dramatic focal point, while the blindfold symbolizes objectivity and the scales represent fairness and accountability. Delicate celestial and botanical tattoos add personality and symbolism, including subtle astrological references to Libra.
The bold black-and-white illustration, accented with deep red, creates a striking balance between traditional tarot imagery and modern tattoo-inspired design. A reminder that truth doesn't change simply because we're uncomfortable with it.
