At Sapphic Love, every piece of artwork is created with intention and printed especially for you. We want you to love your purchase and feel confident ordering from our collection.
Please review our refund and return policy before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Prints
All Sapphic Love artwork is printed on demand through our Canadian printing partner, Pictorem, located in Montreal, Quebec.
Because each print is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preferences, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
We encourage you to carefully review your selected artwork, dimensions, print material and framing options before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in ensuring your artwork arrives in excellent condition.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your customer service email].
Include the following information:
Your full name and order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs of the artwork and any damage
Photographs of the original packaging, if applicable
We will review your request and work with our printing partner to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
If an error occurred during production or fulfilment, we will cover the cost of correcting it.
Your statutory rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws are not affected by this policy.
Order Cancellations
Because our prints are made to order, production may begin shortly after your purchase.
If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request before production begins. However, once an order has entered production, cancellations and modifications may no longer be possible, subject to applicable law.
Colour & Print Variations
Every effort is made to represent our artwork accurately through product images and descriptions.
Please keep in mind that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, printing material and finish.
Natural variations in wood grain, brushed metal surfaces and canvas textures are part of the unique characteristics of these materials and are not necessarily considered defects.
Shipping Issues
Sapphic Love currently ships within Canada.
If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged or is delivered incorrectly, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with our printing and shipping partners.
We will work toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing. Actual timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

We do the printing in Montreal, Canada. Orders shipped to Canadian customers are shipped from Montreal.
What is the typical shipping timeline?

Since all our products are "custom made", the lead time may vary, generally you will receive your order within 2 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. Sapphic Love currently ships exclusively within Canada.

Will more tarot illustrations be available?

Absolutely! Sapphic Love is an ongoing creative project, with new illustrations being added as the collection grows.
The goal is to complete the full Major Arcana, with each card offering its own interpretation of traditional tarot symbolism through a queer perspective.

What is the difference between the print finishes?

Each printing material offers a different look and feel.
Fine Art Matte provides a smooth, gallery-inspired appearance, while Satin offers a subtle sheen. Glossy prints have a more reflective finish, and Canvas adds texture.
Brushed Metal creates a contemporary, metallic presentation, while Wood introduces a natural surface with distinctive character.
Are prints available in different sizes?
